We are engaged exclusively in both new and renovation of commercial construction work. Bondable up to $20 million for individual projects, our work is primarily negotiated as we typically only do a limited number of 3-5 projects each year. On occasion we will bid projects on a select list basis. Because of our extensive experience in conceptual estimating, comprehensive preconstruction services and team approach to the design-construction process, we are most often brought in at the early planning stages to help the team manage both the project cost and schedule. In addition we have often teamed with architects that specialize in sustainable designs to help them maximize “green” elements of their buildings.
