Description
The scope of this phased project included: caissons, utilities, fencing, a special Learning Landscape and irrigation system, playground equipment, decorative concrete, precast floor structure, masonry veneer with glazed brick, architectural precast, structural steel/joists and deck frame, millwork and casework, built-up roof, aluminum windows with integral blinds, ceramic tile, carpet, VCT, suspended acoustical ceilings, painting, and mechanical and electrical systems. Work in and around the existing building included a complete new fire sprinkler system, ADA improvements, restoration of the existing masonry and precast facade.
